Offgrid Consulting is a founder-led independent consultancy through which I support project development and delivery across energy, offshore, engineering and industrial environments.
My experience spans the project lifecycle, from opportunity development and client engagement through scope development, estimating and quotations, proposals and tendering, mobilisation, project execution and close-out.
I bring a practical approach to project delivery, combining commercial awareness, clear client communication and disciplined execution with hands-on experience across offshore asset integrity, marine, heavy lift, refinery, construction and industrial projects.
